Chin Fat Exercises for Women

Sit upright and tilt your head back gently. Tilt it as far back as you can manage, without feeling uncomfortable. Open and close your mouth until you feel the muscle stretch. Repeat.
For the final exercise, hold your head at a natural angle while standing. Gently bring your lip upwards as if you were trying to touch your nose. Count to ten and relax. Repeat this exercise ten times.
These simple and easy chin fat exercises are a great way to tone your muscles and can be done thorough the day. For best results, perform them on a regular, routine basis twice a day.
